Week 2

Have you ever considered that you may be depressed. Well feeling down is not depression if your having a tough day your not really depressed you may be blue or sad but not depressed. There are many ways that you can now that your depressed for example losing interest in the things that you enjoy , you start eating more or eating less. Do you constantly second guessing everything thing you do.Its okay to ask for help. This week we been starting to look into support groups that help with depression and eating disorders. We will let you guys now if a group decides to reach out to us.
